Craig P. Fagan, a partner, was admitted to the California Bar in 1990. Craig graduated with academic distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law. He received his B.A. in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University in 1987. He was a professor at Christian Heritage College, teaching Business Law. Before joining FAGAN & FAGAN in 1991, Craig worked as an attorney for FARANO & KIEVIET in Anaheim, California. As part of his duties, he handled complex business litigation, insurance law, and he was an assistant city attorney. At FARANO & KIEVIET, Craig also performed legal work for United States Senator, John Seymour. Craig has also received extensive training in discrimination law. Craig is married and has two beautiful kids. Craig handles Discrimination against Families with Children and Consumer Discrimination cases.
